Helpful hints

  • Eligibility requirements and additional required documents for each program can be found on the Admissions webpage.
  • To be considered under Kamehameha Schools’ preference policy, please be sure to register with the Ho'oulu Hawaiian Data Center.
  • You can save your application at any time. Simply log out and when you wish to complete the online application, return to this portal, log in and continue where you left off.
  • Upon completion of the online application, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your application. In the main menu section of this site, click on "View confirmation" to find your confirmation number as well as a checklist for all other required documents.
  • Completion of this application does not represent your intent to register for classes/program nor does it guarantee placement in any class/program.

    Kilohana `Ewa Hawaiian Culture-Based Literacy (NEW)

    Who may apply?
    • Open to all non-KS students entering grade 3 in Fall 2018 however, priority will be given to applicants who reside or who currently attends a school located in the `Ewa region. ‘Ewa region spans from Kahe Point to Aiea/Moanalua, and includes Honouliuli, Kapolei, Makakilo, Ewa, Waipio, Waipahu, Pearl City, Moanalua & Aiea.
    Kilohana `Ewa (NEW)

    Who may apply?
    • Open to all non-KS students entering grades 6 or 7 in Fall 2018 however, priority will be given to applicants who reside or who currently attends a school located in the `Ewa region. ‘Ewa region spans from Kahe Point to Aiea/Moanalua , and includes Honouliuli, Kapolei, Makakilo, Ewa, Waipio, Waipahu, Pearl City, Moanalua & Aiea. ‘Ewa includes schools in these complex areas: Kapolei, Campbell, Pearl City, Waipahu, Aiea, Moanalua, & Radford.
    Kilohana Hāna

    Who may apply?
    • Non KS Students entering grades 6, 7, or 8 in Fall 2018 and who reside between the East Maui boundaries of Kīpahulu to Keanae.
    Kilohana Moloka`i

    Who may apply?
    • Non KS students entering grades 6, 7, or 8 in Fall 2018 and who reside on the island of Molokai.
    Kilohana Waialua (NEW)

    Who may apply?
    Kilohana Waianae

    Who may apply?
    • Non KS students entering grades 6, 7 or 8 in Fall 2018 and who reside or who currently attends a school located on the Waianae Coast.
    Kilohana West Hawaii

    Who may apply?
    • Non KS students entering grades 6, 7 or 8 in Fall 2018 and who reside between the West Hawai`i boundaries of Pa`auilo to Ocean View.
